The Simantro Beach Hotel is situated in the north-west side of Kassandra peninsula, in the well known Sani area. It is an All Inclusive hotel that functions from April to October and provides high standard services and great facilities. As for the accommodation, the Hotel has 346 rooms in 15 separate buildings, built to form U shape, that consist of single, double, family rooms and suites.

They are located in 15 separate buildings, which are in two groups, both built in a way to form the shape U.
The rooms are all comfortable, spacious, fully equipped and they separate in two categories: the ones located near the seafront which includes Jacuzzi in their facilities and the ones with forest view.
The Simantro Beach Hotel Double Rooms can accommodate up to 2 people with a choice of either double or twin beds with a modern yet comfortable interior. Guest have a choice between category A, located near the seafront (with Jacuzzi) or category B with magnificent views overlooking the pine forests surrounding the hotel resort.
Facilities include: Air condition/heating, bathroom with bath and hair dryer, private balcony or veranda with wonderful views to either the gardens, pool or pine forest mountains. Mini fridge, satellite TV, mini bar, direct dial phone system and safety deposit box.
Double rooms have the capacity to accommodate up to 5 persons, with a double bed or twin beds and bunk beds.
